The Design Thinking Lab is a platform focused on teaching Design Thinking and innovation methods to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe. The lab offers workshops and training programs aimed at strengthening the innovation capabilities of companies and helping them develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Project Description:

As part of a European Union-funded program, we were commissioned to design and deliver a Design Thinking workshop for twelve European economic development agencies. The goal was to introduce participants to Design Thinking methodology and equip them with practical tools that could be applied within their respective organizations to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among SMEs in their regions.

Results:

The workshop was highly successful, with participants from across Europe gaining hands-on experience with Design Thinking tools and methods. The program enabled cross-border knowledge exchange and created a network of innovation-minded economic development professionals who continue to apply these methodologies in their daily work.
