Projekt “Inspire” von ICMPD

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organization focused on developing and implementing migration and integration policy. The ICMPD works closely with governments and other institutions to manage and optimize migration processes.

Project Description:

As part of the “Inspire” project, ICMPD supports states in identifying and attracting urgently needed talent from abroad to address skills shortages in specific industries. For this project, we developed comprehensive presentation materials and communication strategies to help ICMPD effectively convey the program’s value to both government partners and potential migrants. We also supported the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and visual communication materials.

Results:

The communication materials and strategies developed for the Inspire project contributed to more effective engagement with government partners and target talent pools. The project helped establish clearer pathways for skilled migration and demonstrated the potential of well-designed talent mobility programs.
