As an Innovation Coach at Impact Hub Vienna, we had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of startups focused on sustainable and social innovation. Our main role was to guide these early-stage companies through structured business model development and innovation coaching sessions. We helped founders clarify their value propositions, identify key customer segments, and develop scalable go-to-market strategies.

Results:

The coaching engagements helped multiple startups refine their business models and accelerate their development. Several teams went on to successfully launch their products and services, with some securing external funding.
