Project Description:

Within the framework of the Vienna Wirtschaftsagentur programs, we developed and delivered a series of online training sessions focused on business model innovation and digital transformation. The sessions were tailored to SMEs looking to strengthen their innovation capabilities and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. Participants gained practical tools and frameworks for analyzing and redesigning their business models.

Results:
